The Philadelphia Chapter ASPE Golf Outing Committee would like to inform you of the events and opportunities for exposure in the ASPE Philadelphia Chapter 32nd Annual Golf Outing scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at RiverWinds Golf & Tennis Club, West Deptford.

Corporate Sponsorship - $900.00

Includes Golf Foursome, Hole Sponsorship, lunch, dinner, recognition in the Golf Outing Program & the Chapter Newsletter, gift for each golfer in your group, prize ticket for each golfer.

Hole Sponsorship - $250.00

Includes hole sponsorship sign designated to your products and recognition in the Golf Outing Program & the Chapter Newsletter

Lunch Sponsorship - (4) available until August 9th - $250.00 ea.

Sponsorship includes signs during Lunch showing your company and logo, recognition in the golf outing program, and recognition in the ASPE newsletter.

Dinner Sponsorship - (4) available until August 9th - $250.00 ea.

Sponsorship includes signs during lunch showing your company and logo, recognition in the golf outing program, and recognition in the ASPE newsletter. 

On Course Prize Hole Sponsorship – (3) available until August 9th - $500.00

Sponsorship includes access to the golf course on the day of the outing. Advertise, entertain, give away swag, etc. Any outing enhancements (e.g., tent, signs, golfer engagement) are encouraged. The sponsor will provide any signage or equipment and assembly.

Prize Giveaway Sponsor

Donate a prize of your choice to be given away during our post-round awards ceremony. Businesses are welcome to contribute items of any value. Whether it's golf gear, gift cards, local experiences, merchandise, or a unique branded item, every donation is appreciated and will be recognized during giveaways. PLEASE CONACT GOLF COMMITTEE WITH ANY REQUESTS TO ENTER A GIVEAWAY. 

Special Sponsorships

Special sponsorships are also available, i.e., putting contests, golf ball sponsors, etc. If you are interested, please contact a member of the Golf Outing Committee for additional information.

We will have a golf flyer in the upcoming Chapter Newsletters. Special sponsorship opportunities will be reserved on a first-come basis.
